DIARY OF A CHEF AT HOME

1 1/4 cup Sprouted Spelt Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil or butter (soft)
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 bananas (mashed)
3 Tbsp nut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
Optional to add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, banana chips or any other goodies that appeal to you! (In the photo I added walnuts and chocolate chips)
