This quick and easy marinade comes together in only a few minutes. It's tangy and full of flavour and is diverse enough to use as a meat marinade (try it on Pork Tenderloin), poured over roasted or steamed veggies, grains or as a salad dressing.
Rosemary & Balsamic Marinade
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Tamari or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dry
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, or 1 teaspoon dry
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Salt & pepper to taste
